Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Last updated: October 15, 2026

2getherPro ("2getherPro," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketing agency that plans, runs and reports on advertising campaigns for home-service and local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at https://2getherpro.com, our landing pages and forms, and the internal tools we use to manage our clients' advertising accounts.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at tools@2getherpro.com.

1. Who this policy covers

  • Website visitors: people who visit 2getherpro.com or landing pages we operate.
  • Prospects and leads: people who submit a form, call, text or message us or one of our clients through pages and ads we manage.
  • Clients: businesses that hire 2getherPro, and the people who work for them.
  • Users of our internal tools: our clients and staff whose Google, Meta or other advertising accounts we access, with authorization, to deliver our services.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, city and address.
  • Project details: the service you are interested in, preferred dates, photos or messages you choose to send, and the answers you give in our forms and surveys.
  • Client business information: company name, website, service area, billing contact, and the information needed to set up and manage advertising campaigns.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, referring URL and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Campaign and attribution data: UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid and fbc/fbp), used to understand which ad or page brought you to us.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.

2.3 Information from advertising platforms (Google user data and other APIs)

When a client authorizes us, we connect to advertising platforms through their official APIs, including the Google Ads API (using the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), the Meta Marketing API and Google Tag Manager. Through these connections we access:

  • advertising account structure and settings (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets, budgets, bidding, targeting and conversion settings);
  • performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and similar statistics);
  • leads generated by ads, such as Google Local Services leads or ad lead forms, when the client's account provides them;
  • change history and policy status of ads and assets.

We access only the accounts our clients have authorized us to manage, and only to provide our services to that client.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and connect you with the business you contacted;
  • plan, run, measure and improve advertising campaigns for our clients;
  • report campaign results to our clients and reconcile ad conversions with the leads they receive;
  • make campaign changes requested or approved by our clients (for example, adding negative keywords, adjusting budgets, or updating ads);
  • operate, secure and improve our website and tools;
  • communicate with clients about their accounts, invoices and services;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data from one client's advertising accounts to benefit another client.

4. Google user data — Limited Use

2getherPro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We use Google user data (including Google Ads account data obtained through the Google Ads API) only to provide and improve the advertising management and reporting services our clients requested.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving unrelated advertisements, for credit-worthiness or lending decisions, or to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the client's own accounts.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services (for example, our hosting and CRM providers bound by confidentiality), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to affected users.
  • Our staff do not read Google user data except with the client's permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.

Clients can revoke our access at any time from their Google account (Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access) or by removing 2getherPro's manager account from their Google Ads account.

5. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

  • With the business you contacted: if you submit a form or call through a page or ad we manage for a client, your information is delivered to that client so they can respond to you.
  • With service providers: companies that help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of the data, such as our CRM and messaging platform, website hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers.
  • With advertising platforms: when we run campaigns, information such as conversion events and hashed contact data may be shared with platforms like Google and Meta to measure results and optimize ads, according to the client's settings and each platform's terms.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, regulation, legal process or government requests, or to protect the rights, safety and property of 2getherPro, our clients or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required.

Text messaging (SMS): mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through our forms are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

6. Cookies, pixels and analytics

Our website and the landing pages we manage use cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including:

  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags — to measure visits and conversions;
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API — to measure conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads;
  • CRM tracking — to attribute form submissions to the page and campaign that generated them.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, adjust ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook ad preferences, and learn more at www.aboutads.info/choices. Some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • lead and contact records: while the client relationship is active and for up to 24 months after, unless the client or the law requires otherwise;
  • advertising reports and campaign logs: for the duration of the client relationship and up to 5 years for accounting, audit and legal purposes;
  • Google and other platform data obtained through APIs: only for as long as needed to provide the requested services; when a client ends our engagement or revokes access, we stop accessing their accounts and delete the API data we hold within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorized staff, OAuth authorization instead of shared passwords, and credentials stored outside our code. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected parties of a data breach as required by law.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • opt out of marketing emails and text messages;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, where applicable state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) apply;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Residents of Brazil have the rights provided by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about sharing.

To make a request, email tools@2getherpro.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If your information was collected on behalf of one of our clients, we may forward your request to that client.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International data transfers

2getherPro operates from Brazil and serves clients in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States, Brazil or other countries where we or our service providers operate. When we transfer information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

12. Third-party websites

Our pages may link to websites and services we do not control, including our clients' websites and advertising platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
