(02) What happens

What we’ll review in the call.

This is a working session, not a pitch. You leave with a view of your own pipeline whether or not we go further.

  1. Run the numbers

Average project value, margin, close rate, inquiry volume and spend, put together into what a qualified estimate is actually worth to you.

  2. Find the leak

We locate the stage losing the most opportunities: demand, response, qualification, booking, confirmation or recovery.

  3. Map the required system

What would have to exist, from tracking and pages to CRM and response coverage, for that stage to stop leaking.

  4. Sketch an appointment target

A defensible number from your inputs, not an industry average. If we go further, it is written into the operating plan.

  5. Confirm economic fit

Whether the cost per attended estimate your margin supports is achievable in your market at the advertising budget you can commit, alongside the management scope the work would need.

  6. Check capacity

How many estimates your team can attend and how many projects your crews can deliver without damaging service.

(03) Before you book

Sketch your audit focus in a minute.

An optional four-step planner. Your choices stay in this browser tab and are never stored or sent; the summary is preparation notes for the audit conversation.

Optional planning tool

Step 1 of 4

Four quick choices, no contact details. Nothing you select is stored or sent anywhere; it stays on this page and clears when you leave. It simply sketches what your Pipeline Audit could concentrate on.

(04) FAQ

Before you book.

It is a qualification call in both directions. We are checking whether your economics, capacity and area make an engagement viable, and you are checking whether the method holds up.

30 minutes. Your real numbers. A clear decision.
