The program

The Appointment Engine.

One connected system for attracting the right homeowners, converting their attention and moving qualified estimate opportunities onto your calendar. The appointment target, qualification criteria, media plan, service area, responsibilities and reporting cadence are defined in writing before launch.

(01) What it produces

Qualified appointments, from a connected growth system.

Not impressions, not leads, not calls answered. The program is measured on qualified estimate appointments, with show rate and cost per attended appointment reported separately against definitions agreed before launch.

Built for
Established home improvement contractors with a defined trade and service area, the capacity to deliver more of the right projects, the means to fund management and media together, and the willingness to share operating numbers. Cleaning companies are served with their own qualification logic and appointment types.
Not a fit
Companies without capacity to attend the appointments, without a decision-maker available for the agreed reviews, or looking to buy a single isolated marketing task.
The target
Written from your numbers before launch, never from an industry average. What is reported, how often, and what happens at the review are all set in the operating plan.
Investment
Growth partnerships start from $4,000 per month. Final scope depends on your trade, service area, appointment capacity, coverage hours and the channels required to reach the agreed target. Advertising spend and platform usage are separate, paid through accounts you own and reported on their own lines.

(02) Target calculation

How the appointment target is written.

The inputs differ by business. The output is a number both sides can defend, recorded in the operating plan.

Contractors

  1. 01Average project value
  2. 02Gross margin
  3. 03Close rate on attended estimates
  4. 04Service area
  5. 05Advertising budget
  6. 06Estimate and crew capacity

Cleaning companies

  1. 01Residential or commercial
  2. 02Recurring or one-time
  3. 03Contract value and retention
  4. 04Route or facility density
  5. 05Sales cycle length
  6. 06Quote call or on-site walkthrough
  7. 07Crew capacity

We do not publish a single appointment quantity, because a number that fits one market misleads another. The quantity and how it is reviewed are defined in writing before launch.

(03) Operating cycle

Built to launch quickly. Operated to improve continuously.

We first connect the campaigns, conversion assets, tracking and Close Desk. Once the system is ready, demand goes live and appointment handling begins.

(04) What is running when it is live

Three systems, eight services, one record.

02

Creative System

Makes your work legible, credible and easy to act on.

03

Close Desk

Turns interest into a qualified estimate on the calendar.

Services run inside the systems. They are scoped in the operating plan, not sold as separate packages.

(05) Qualification criteria

Written down before the first campaign runs.

This template is adapted per trade, and per residential or commercial cleaning, then signed off by you.

(06) The definition

What counts, and what does not.

Counts as a qualified appointment

  • A specific date and time is on your calendar and the homeowner accepted it.
  • The person attending owns the property or is the authorised decision-maker.
  • The property is inside the agreed service area.
  • The work is a project you sell, at or above the value floor you set.
  • The record carries its source, so it can be traced back to what produced it.

Does not count

  • A form fill, call or message with no scheduled slot.
  • A slot booked without the decision-maker present.
  • Work outside the service area or outside the agreed scope.
  • A duplicate of an opportunity already in the pipeline.
  • An estimate your own team cancels or moves without rebooking.

(07) Responsibilities

Both sides have obligations. Both are written down.

2getherPro

Build and operate

Media, creative, pages, CRM configuration, response, qualification, booking, confirmation, follow-up and reporting against the agreed definitions.

You

Capacity and attendance

Attend the appointments produced, keep the calendar accurate, and confirm attendance so show rate reflects reality rather than assumption.

2getherPro

Transparency

Records, recordings and reporting are held so every figure we report can be checked at source. Ownership, access, retention and handover are documented before launch.

You

Decisions on time

Reviews on the cadence agreed in the plan, with a decision-maker, plus timely sign-off on offers, pricing and service-area changes.

(08) Questions

Asked before the plan is signed.

That number is written from your average project value, margin, close rate, service area, advertising budget and capacity, then recorded in the operating plan. Any figure quoted before those inputs exist would be a guess.

See what your market and capacity actually support.

The Pipeline Audit produces the inputs the engine is built on: your economics, your bottleneck, and a target you can hold us to.
